Hey Sign Filz
Simple, straight cuts are normally no problem. But what happens when it comes to more complex shapes or if the material, due to its dimensions, thickness or consistency, cannot be economically machined using conventional cutting, film plotter or even laser technologies in the way you want? This would call for the use of special-purpose tools, which are usually costly and most importantly, often
uneconomical and almost always highly inflexible when it comes to smaller batch quantities. The manual solution, on the other hand, often demands expert craftsmanship, is usually time-consuming and therefore virtually always expensive.
So, we would like to offer you a genuine alternative in the form of our precision cutting service. Our computercontrolled precision cutting plotter processes the most diverse range of materials of various thicknesses up to 15 mm with unprecedented accuracy. It doesn't matter whether your application relates to objects of just a few centimetres in size or entire wall designs.
The material can be up to 2.10 m in width. The maximum length is limited only by the amount of material available on the piece.
What's more, our machine features a computerised
controller and this brings key benefits.
If your cutting template is already available in digital format as a CAD or graphics file, we may be possible to use it.
If needs be, we can convert your "paper" drawings to the required data format.
Once recorded, the data can then be easily scaled to enable various sizes of one and the same product to be cut. What would it cost if special presses or similar machines had to be produced each time?
The cuts are highly-precise. The raw material is fixed onto the base by vacuum. The cutting tools plunge only where the cut is required.
The arrangement of the individual elements in the cutting plan can be optimised so as to keep waste to a minimum and hence achieve cost-effective production. This also saves you having to produce high volumes at once, only to then store them.
Because your data is retrievable, your product can be
remade at any time.
Cuts in the textile and furniture sectors, for example, are not only simplified, they are also cost-efficiently produced in small and even single quantities. Single component production, e.g. for prototype, architectural and exhibition construction, is also interesting.
The potential applications are practically limitless. You can benefit from them now. Simply talk to us about what we can do for you.
